Are you an experienced salesperson who has a passion for fragrance and cosmetics? If so, you may be a great fit for our Sales team.

We are looking for a Sales Representative.  You will act as the key link between our company and our customer base.  This is a full-time permanent position.

The goal is to increase the visibility and awareness of Orlandi, Inc. and maximize sales growth.


  • Identify new business opportunities and potential accounts through prospecting, networking, industry referrals and assigned company leads.
  • Participate in Industry events, company events, marketing functions (such as trade shows and exhibitions), customer visits/entertainment and press checks.  Travel and unconventional business hours will be required at times including evenings and weekends.
  • Assess current and future customer’s needs and present suitable products.
  • Prepare customer presentations with actual product as well as work with the Marketing department to prepare presentation materials, such as company overview materials, product/presentation books, power-point presentations and etc.
  • Provide product information and deliver product samples.
  • Attend sales meetings and conference calls.
  • Work with sales team and manufacturing team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.
  • Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback.


  • Proven sales experience; fragrance and/or cosmetics a plus
  • Enthusiastic and self- motivated a must
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexible schedule as needed
  • BS degree in relevant field

We are seeking experienced Machine Operators!! We currently have 3 positions available for our 7:30am – 4:15pm operation.  This position is primarily responsible for the operation of machinery which is used to mass-produce products for fragrance (labels) and cosmetic delivery systems (Colorkiss, Blush Apply, etc.)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Machine operation and maintenance.
  • Ability to read and interpret production schedule.
  • Interpret and follow Job Bag instructions and/or Lot Control Record. Responsible for all internal production paperwork.
  • Able to set-up machinery/equipment based on product specifications.
  • Set-up scales and calibrate daily to ensure that product fill weights produced are accurate.
  • Responsible for pressure and pull force testing. Both in performing the tests (must stay within Orlandi’s established tolerances) as well as recording the results.
  • Responsible for pulling all production and quality retains.
  • Keep machine area clean and product off the floor at all times.
  • Keep an accurate count of product produced from machine.
  • Keep an accurate record of scrap waste.
  • Communicate potential material shortages, mechanical problems or any other issues to production supervisor/designee in a timely manner.
  • Ensure product is of high quality.
  • Responsible for line clearance, cleanliness and sterility of dispensing equipment and associated documentation.

Education and/or Experience:                   

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience supervising staff
  • Must speak, read and write English (all documentation is in English).
  • 2-3 years Machine operator experience, preferably in printing and/or pharma.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude a plus.
  • Printing / Servo motor experience a plus
  • Screen printing experience a major plus

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand, sit, bend and reach for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

We are currently seeking an experienced Set-Up Mechanic.   This is a full-time position Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:15pm.  This position is primarily responsible for the operation of machinery which is used to mass-produce products for fragrance (labels) and cosmetic delivery systems (Colorkiss, Blush Apply, etc.).

The ideal candidate would be experienced in setup and maintenance of high speed label application and packaging lines.  This will include setup, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of friction feeders, wipe on and tamp labelers, gluing machines, conveyors and various finishing equipment including slitters, die cutters and shrink wrap.

Qualified Candidates will have:

  • 2+ years’ experience with similar machines
  • Electrical, pneumatic and basic machine shop experience (ie: drilling, grinding, sawing, hand tools, measurement tools)
  • Label making or label finishing experience a plus
  • HS diploma, BA preferred
