This is the privacy policy (“Policy”) of Orlandi, Inc. and its corporate affiliates (collectively, “Orlandi”, “we” or “us”), located at 131 Executive Blvd, Farmingdale, New York 11735. This Policy discloses the privacy practices for www.orlandi-usa.com (the “Site”). This Policy applies solely to information collected by the Site and addresses the following:
What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the Site, how it is used and with whom it may be shared.
What choices are available to you regarding the use of your information.
The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.
How you can change or correct any inaccuracies in your information.
This Policy is subject to and incorporated into and made a part of the Terms & Condition of Use (the ”Terms”) of the Site and by accessing or using the Site you are agreeing that you have read and understand and agree to comply with and be bound by the Terms and this Policy. If you do not accept the Terms or this Policy, please do not use the Site.
Persons who are not of the age of majority are not eligible to use the Site, and we ask that no information in relation to such persons be submitted to us. This Site is not directed to children under the age of thirteen and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen on the Site. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a visitor under the age of thirteen on this Site, we will delete the information from our records.
This Policy is the only statement by Orlandi concerning its collection, use and protection of personal information through the Site (separate terms apply to information gathered through other means). However, Orlandi may merge information gathered through its other means with information gathered through the Site, provided that such information, when combined with personal information gathered through the Site, will not be disclosed to others except as permitted by this Policy.
Consent to Transfer Information to the United States.
The Site is hosted in the United States. If you are located anywhere outside of the United States, please be aware that information we collect, including personal information, will be collected, transferred to, processed and stored in the United States. The data protection laws in the United States differ from those of the country in which you are located and may not provide the same level of privacy protection, and your personal information can be subject to access requests from governments, courts, and law enforcement in the United States according to the laws of the United States. By using the Site and providing us with any information, you consent to the collection, transfer, processing and storage of your information in and to the United States. You are also consenting to the application of United States federal and State of New York laws in all matters concerning the Site and this Policy.
Changes to the Policy
ORLANDI RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THIS POLICY, INCLUDING TO REFLECT CHANGES IN LAWS AND CHANGES IN OUR DATA COLLECTION PRACTICES, AT ANY TIME BY POSTING CHANGES ON-LINE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING INFORMATION POSTED ON-LINE TO OBTAIN TIMELY NOTICE OF SUCH CHANGES. Such change(s) will be effective upon posting and the effective date of the Policy will be updated to let you know that they have been updated. Your visit to or use of the Site following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy, however, if the change(s) materially affects how we use your personal information we may request that you opt-in to the revised policy. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in our information.
What Information Do We Collect From or About You, Why Do We Collect and How Do We Use Personal Information?
What Information Do We Collect?
We collect personal information from visitors to the Site such as name, mailing address, telephone number, company, e-mail address. Except as explained below, we only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via e-mail or other direct contact from you. You are not required to create an account or register on the Site.
We also collect non-personally identifiable information, which does not personally identify you, in the following ways:

Web Beacons; Third Party Web Analytics. Certain pages on this Site may contain "web beacons" (also known as Internet tags, pixel tags and clear GIFs). Web beacons are used for internal purposes, such as to obtain the IP address of the computer that downloaded the page on which the beacon appears, the URL of the page on which the beacon appears, the time the page containing the beacon was viewed, and the type of browser used to view the page. We may also retain service providers who use web beacons to assess the effectiveness of our e-mail communications and learn what pages our visitors viewed.
We may use third party web analytics services, such as Google Analytics, to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and determine how visitors use this Site. The service provider’s tools, including cookies and web beacons, allow us to collect information such as the state and zip code from which our visitors come and the IP addresses of our visitors' computers. Users that do not want their data reported by the Google Analytics JavaScript can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Certain functions on the Site can permit interactions with social networking and other third party services. For instance, functions that enable you to "like" or "share" content or to log into a Site using your third party service username and password (such as Linkedin). If you choose to "like" or share content, that information and other information about you may be publicly displayed. You should review the privacy policy of that third party service provider and check your privacy settings through that provider. If you post information on a social networking or third party service that references Orlandi or its services, your post may be cross-published on the Site.
Why Do We Collect and How Do We Use Personal Information?
Generally, we use information we collect to communicate with you about our services. Personal information is collected only for specific purposes. We will use your information to respond to you and to contact you to provide you certain information. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you, including via mail or e-mail in the future to provide you information that may be of interest, including newsletters regarding our services, or changes to this Policy.
If you choose to submit personal information through the Site, we will store and use that information in accordance with this Policy unless you notify us otherwise as described below. Personal information collected through the Site is saved in Orlandi’s contact database where it may be combined with pre-existing contact information in the database.
Uses of information we collect through the Site may include:
“Contact Us Now” and “Write to Us” Mechanisms. If you contact us through the Site, we will use your personal information to respond to your queries and requests. We encourage visitors to the Site to contact us with questions and requests. We may also offer e-mail news updates for visitors who provide their personal information. Personal information of persons using these features may be collected in order to enable us to respond.
Requests for Information Regarding Services. We may offer information, including information regarding our services, through the Site. Visitors to the Site requesting such materials are asked to provide their name and e-mail/postal address, which are used to distribute the information.

When Do We Disclose the Information We Collect?
We share your personal information (including e-mail address) with third parties as follows:

We may provide and transfer to third parties any or all information on or regarding the Site, including your personal information, in connection with the transfer of all or a portion of the business, stock or assets of Orlandi, whether by merger, acquisition, joint venture, assignment, disposition or otherwise, or in connection with a reorganization of Orlandi.
Although we seek to require companies with which we do business, and to which personal information is provided, to protect such personal information, we cannot be responsible for third parties’ violations of this Policy or of any other rights of visitors or consumers that use this Site.
E-mail to a Friend or Colleague
You may be able to share certain content from this Site with your friends or colleagues. To send information to your friends or colleagues, we will ask for the third party’s e-mail and your e-mail addresses. We use this information only to fulfill your request. We do not retain the information you provide in connection with this feature, except to send the requested content.
How Do We Use the Non-Personally Identifiable Information We Collect?
We may use, transfer and disclose non-personally identifiably information we collect from you for any lawful purpose.
In some instances, we may combine non-personally identifiable information with personal information (such as embedding e-mail addresses in cookies). If we do combine any non-personally identifiable information with personal information, the combined information will be treated by us as personal information hereunder as long as it is so combined unless the information is aggregated so personal information is de-identified.
Third Party Links
This Policy does not apply to the content of or information you submit to websites not controlled by Orlandi, even if linked to the Site. Those third parties can collect usage information and/or your device identifier when their information is served to the Site and presented to you. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any of these third parties or third party web sites. We encourage you to please read and understand the privacy policies applicable to such third party sites and service providers before submitting any personal information on or through those sites.
Sensitive Information
We ask that you not send or share with us through the Site any sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious and other beliefs, health information, criminal background or union affiliation.
Changing or Removing Your Personal Information

Please note that we may need to retain certain information for record-keeping purposes, and there may also be residual information that will remain within our databases and other records, which will not be removed. We are not responsible for removing information from the databases of third parties with whom we have already shared your personal information.
Opt-Out Policy
When you provide personal information to us, you control whether you would like to receive further marketing communications from us, our affiliates and/or from our business or promotional partners about products or services of interest. You have the right to withdraw your consent. If you decide you no longer want to receive promotional communications from us, let us know by following the unsubscribe link in a commercial electronic message, or by e-mailing us at [email protected] (please specify in your e-mail which consent you are revoking). We will endeavor to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable. Please note that we will not be able to remove your personal information from the databases of affiliates or business and promotional partners and if you wish to withdraw your permission with these parties you will have to contact that third party (or use an opt-out mechanism provided by that party) to have your name removed from that database as well.
If you choose not to provide us with the right to use personal information, we may not be able to provide you with the product, service or information you request.

Special Notice to California Residents -- Your California Privacy Rights
Removal of Posted Information by Minors. Under California law, users who are California residents under 18 and are registered users of the Site can remove, or request and obtain removal of, content or information posted by the customer on the Site Property. If functionality to remove posted content is not available, California residents under 18 can request the removal of posted content and information by emailing [email protected] with "California Minor Content Removal Request" on the subject line and in the body of your message. Please specify in your request the specific information or content you posted for which you are requesting removal. Information Shared With Third Parties. Under California law, Orlandi customers who are California residents may request certain information once per calendar year regarding the types of information shared by Orlandi with third parties for their direct marketing purposes, if any, and the identities of those third parties. If you are a California resident, you may make such a request by sending an e-mail to [email protected] with "California Privacy Information Request" on the subject line and in the body of your message. Please be aware that not all information sharing is covered by California’s "Shine the Light" requirements and only information on covered sharing will be included in our response.
